Empowerment. Community.support. Change .

FORgiving is a UK-based Community Interest Company committed to uplifting some of the hardest-to-reach individuals within our communities.
Our work is rooted in youth intervention and prevention, supporting young people affected by trauma, exclusion, and systemic disadvantage across schools, prisons, and probation settings.

Youth Intervention & Education Programmes
We deliver programmes that strengthen self-esteem, identity, and education. A recent example is our Black History Reform Programme delivered at Shireland Primary Academy, Birmingham.
This programme moved beyond narrow narratives of enslavement to celebrate Black achievement — from African ancestry through to the Windrush generation and their lasting contribution to modern Britain.
A million young people have started something with us – becoming health workers, sports coaches, youth workers, fashion designers, builders and business owners. Could you be next?

Reach One Teach One
Our Summer Youth Bootcamp, partially funded by the Phoenix Global Fund for Children, is an intensive programme designed to engage some of the most hard-to-reach young people across the Midlands. This unique initiative provides more than just activities—it offers a foundation for real growth.
Participants have access to supported accommodation, ensuring they have stability while they take part in a dynamic mix of experiences. From music and sound production to non-traditional sports like kayaking, horticulture, radio, arts, and poetry, the programme uses creative and practical tools to help young people explore their potential, build confidence, and tackle the barriers that may be holding them back from education, training, or employment.

Windrush Advocacy & Immigration Support
Alongside our youth work, FORgiving delivers Windrush advocacy and immigration support in partnership with the UK Home Office, funded through the Windrush Support and Advocacy Fund.
We support Commonwealth nationals to secure immigration status and access compensation under the Home Office Windrush Scheme.
Our outreach extends beyond the UK to Jamaica and the wider Caribbean, helping to address the long-term impact of the Windrush injustice.
